10300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms between you as the user and 10300 as the platform operator. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 10300 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
10300 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such platforms is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To use the full range of 10300 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.
- Any unauthorised access must be reported to the 10300 support team immediately.
- You agree to use this platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using the platform.
- Any attempt to defraud, exploit, or disrupt the operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Payment Information, Transactions & Financial Accounts
All financial transactions on the 10300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You agree that all deposits and withdrawals must be made using a valid payment method registered in your own name.
10300 accepts a range of local payment methods, including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. Deposits made via unrecognised methods or third-party accounts may be rejected and funds returned without any liability to the platform.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified. 10300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the current policy stated in the FAQ.
Users are fully responsible for all financial activity within their accounts. 10300 accepts no liability for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information provided by the user.
Account Suspension & Closure
10300 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or in the course of using the platform.
- Any attempt to exploit or manipulate platform systems.
- Breach of minimum age requirement (under 18 years old).
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending an internal investigation by 10300. Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team.
Limitation of Platform Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 10300 shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's own failure to keep their password secure.
This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding its reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the 10300 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of 10300 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 10300.
Third-Party Links: The 10300 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience. 10300 has no control over the content of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their privacy policies, content, or practices. You access any third-party website entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 10300 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
